Problem

Imagine a 4-digit number, like 20462046 or 88808880. It has a thousands digit, a hundreds digit, a tens digit, and a ones digit.

We want to count 4-digit numbers that follow two rules:

  • Every one of its four digits is even. (The even digits are 0,2,4,6,80, 2, 4, 6, 8.)
  • The number is divisible by 55.

How many such 4-digit numbers are there?
