Picture a spinner with an arrow on it. A full turn around means 1 revolution. The arrow starts pointing west.

Chenille turns the spinner clockwise by 2142 \dfrac{1}{4} revolutions.

Then she turns it counterclockwise by 3343 \dfrac{3}{4} revolutions.

After both turns, which direction does the arrow point?
