Problem

Imagine a number whose digits alternate between just two different digits. It looks like abababababab\ldots, where aa and bb are two different digits.

We call such a number "flippy." For example, 20202020 is flippy (its digits go 2,0,2,02,0,2,0) and 3737337373 is flippy. But 38833883 is not flippy, and neither is 123123123123.

How many five-digit flippy numbers can be divided evenly by 1515?
