Problem

Picture an ice rink shaped like a long rectangle with two rounded ends. Sergai skated across it in four different ways, drawing four different paths called P, Q, R, and S.

Each path is shown as gray lines in the four pictures below. (The four pictures show the same rink, with a different path drawn inside each one.)

Look at the four paths. Sort them by total length, from shortest to longest. Which order is correct?
